Our Don't Eat Shit Challenge is in its second incarnation with an all new format. In brining this challenge back to life, we took what was learnt from the first challenge and designed the new challenge to make it better than before. If you have never experienced Our Don't Eat Shit Challenge before than we look forward to spending the next 31 days with you and your journey.
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
You guessed it... Don't Eat Shit Food
The challenge is designed for you to clean up your act around your what you eat each day. It is about making better choices around your meals and eating a healthier diet overall.
This challenge is NOT about losing weight or gaining muscle, it is about maximising your health, gaining constancy in your daily routine, breaking bad habits and dispelling common myths about what are good and bad foods.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
It starts with our Don't Eat Shit Support Workshop on the 1st August where Coach Josh will lead a presentation and Q+A. Then simple stick to the guidelines that we have attached below. Read Coach Josh's article on making better goals and make some of your own. Commitment of making better nutritional choices for the next 31 days and finally participate in our support hub on Facebook to achieve.
WHAT SUPPORT WILL WE RECEIVE?
Our Facebook page for the next 31 days will be your support hub. Everyday we will post from motivation to delicious recipes to guide your journey. The hub is not only there for your support but also allows you to support others on the challenge. Talk about your struggles and triumphs. You can send questions to your coaches and get feedback and ideas. The more questions asked the better results you will achieve.
We will be use the HASHTAG - #oxesdonteatshit on both Facebook and Instagram to post all the amazing food you eat and any idea's on making better choices.
We also have another 2 great events planned to keep you motivated as we head into spring - from our "Why we supplement workshop" and our grand finally of the "NO SHIT POT LUCK" to share some amazing food with those who came along for the ride.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
This was a tough one but in the end a no brainer, NOTHING. If you need a prize to motivate you to eat better or accomplish any of your health and fitness goals then you simply will never achieve them. The goal in this challenge is to achieve your goals without any reward except better health and less sickness. That should be prize and drive enough.
DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE EVENTS TO PARTCIPATE
NO - just download the guidelines and participate on our Facebook Support Hub and that is participation enough.
