The coaching staff at CrossFit Collingwood is made up of a team of strong and passionate individuals who are dedicated to constant learning and understanding the ever evolving “whys” and “hows” of training to get you achieving your health and fitness goals. We have created a strength and conditioning program with the intention that if our community leave the gym excited to come back another day, with a little more fitness, and a lot more confidence, we have done our jobs.
